Eithne Padraigin Ni Bhraonain, known as professionally as Enya, is an Irish singer, song write, record producer and musician.She was born on 17thMay,1961.(age 58 yrs.)in Gweedore, Ireland. Her genre of singing include New age music, Celtic, pop, and the instruments used are Piano, Keyboards and percussion. Period active :1976 _ present.
She is Irelands best selling solo artist with a discography that has sold 26.5 million certified Albums in US and an estimated 75 million records worldwide making her one of the best-selling music artists of all time. Enya has won awards including seven world music awards, four Grammy awards for best NewAge Album, and an Ivor Novello award. She was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award for " May it be" written for the Lord of the Rings.

3 Enya is listed as one of the top 50 Music Millionaires of Briton and Ireland. She emerged as the richest female singer with a fortune of £ 91 million for a place at No 28.
